I’m very much looking forward to my visit to Swindon. My talk will consist of the most asked MasterChef questions and my dealings so far with the press. I then plan to have a verbal stroll through my observations on modern food. Kebabs, olive oil, BBQ, organics, vine tomatoes, wine waiters, pepper mills, Big Macs and Bolognese.

These topics are all light hearted and possibly make you look at food in a different way. To finish off I’ll encourage a Q&A where we can discuss world cuisine, telly food, hair loss, weight loss, love and marriage.
